A quiet chaotic day at the EXPO, everyone is talking about ...

Ok, I take the decision and I go.

Today we have our monthly meeting of Sky Team and we decided to honor the event, which in recent months has held court in Italy.
Wake up at 5:02, the train at 7.15 and it go go go. Arrival at 11.10 (with the usual 12-minute delay of Trenitalia ...) where I meet my colleagues.
The first impression is of a huge fair, also well-run, full of checks, people who help you and refer you, so many police, so many people. Landing station Rho Fair (called Milan Expo 2015 and we'll see if in the near future will maintain the name) at the entrance of the fair, cute, small, functional, perhaps with some written in other languages (besides English) would not disfigured, just think that there were many more Russians, Arabs, Chinese and French than Italians. Many schools, so many young people, many people involved in the most important event over the last 25 years in Italy.

Let's go back to the impressions. A great central corridor furnishes the side pavilions that dot the entire area of the Expo. Hundreds of thousands of people who flock to the great universal exposition. And this should be, but it is not. Going more in depth could simplistically say that is a great multi-cuisine restaurant on the outskirts of Milan. Because this is the message that comes
(Walk and feel blathering "in which stand we do eat ??") instead of hearing about the problems that afflict the world really such "hunger".
But here, of hunger, just talking at lunch and dinner. Many pavilions dedicated to different nations (I have visited only one due the enormous amount of people in a row at the entrances!), But also a large number of pavilions that deal exclusively speculating on food (Baci Perugina, Ferrero, Lindt, Eataly and so on).

What message do we pass to our children? Well, my daughter said, "Dad, I watched on TV the incredible and long queue at the Expo? please, I prefer not to go and miss two days of school. "
How to blame her.

The basic idea is very honorable, the Charter of Rights signed in Milan must be a stop to lay the foundation stone of the future against waste (but then you turn around the corners of the halls and see the scraps of uneaten food thrown .. ..) and in favor of an economy revised and corrected.

Will our heroes to convince us that you can really do?
In my small way, I still act like my parents always taught me: do not throw food, the light turns off when not needed, and as far as possible differs garbage.

By the way Expo was a rare occasion for the touristic industry to gain a huge amount of money, regardless the real meaning of!

Only the posterity will judge .....
